Affiliation assessment
Review the activities and identify whether the SRO route is relevant or a separate licensing analysis is needed.
Prepare for SRO membership with a framework your business can use from the outset. We assess the affiliation requirement, organize the admission file and turn AML duties into working procedures.
Scope & fees
An admission file should explain how clients will be accepted, risks assessed and unusual activity handled. We develop those arrangements with the people who will operate them. The work links the application to practical responsibilities, records and escalation routes so the business can move from admission into a consistent daily routine.
Review the activities and identify whether the SRO route is relevant or a separate licensing analysis is needed.
Compare the relevant organizations’ admission requirements and coordinate the business and personnel documentation.
Prepare the risk assessment, onboarding procedures, monitoring responsibilities and escalation arrangements for the agreed operating model.
Explain the procedures to the responsible team and organize the evidence needed for continuing compliance and reviews.
Review the model, intended clients and regulatory status.
Agree the AML responsibilities and prepare procedures around the actual customer journey.
Assemble the admission materials and coordinate the SRO’s questions.
Set the recordkeeping, review calendar and support arrangements for the team.
Admission timing depends on the selected SRO and the completeness of the file. We also plan the operational preparation, since policies and responsible staff need to be ready alongside the application.
We quote the admission project and AML setup against a defined model. If the business needs continuing support, we agree a separate scope based on the tasks and review frequency involved.
SRO admission, membership and audit charges, screening tools and operational personnel are separate cost items.
