This notice explains how Omnilex Partners (“the firm”, “we”) handles personal information collected through omnilex.law and when you contact us. Omnilex Partners is an independent law firm; the website and the systems the firm works on are operated by Omnilex AI.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us through the website we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organization and the content of your message. The website also collects standard technical information, such as the pages you visit and the device and browser you use, through privacy-respecting analytics.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
3. How we use it
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, to assess whether we can act for you, to run and improve the website and to meet our professional and legal obligations. Information you share once an engagement is confirmed is handled under the terms of that engagement and under the professional duties of confidentiality that apply to attorneys.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and the firm, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, under contracts that restrict their use of the information, and where required by law or professional rules.
5. Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the retention periods that apply to client files. Website analytics are kept in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. California residents have the rights set out in the CCPA; residents of the EU, the UK and Switzerland have the rights set out in the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss FADP.
