Ongoing compliance & regulatory changes

Keep the compliance work moving as your business changes. We help your team maintain its policies, address regulatory questions and prepare for reviews through a clearly scoped continuing engagement.

Give recurring work a clear owner.

A new product, a provider change and an upcoming review can compete for the same internal resources. A continuing engagement creates an agreed place for those legal and compliance questions to go. We define the routine work, the management contact and the matters requiring a separate decision, so support remains connected to the business rather than becoming an unused policy file.

What we work on.

Policy maintenance

Review agreed policies against changes in the business and maintain a record of updates, approvals and implementation tasks.

Regulatory change support

Assess relevant developments and proposed business changes, translating the legal implications into decisions for management.

Review & audit preparation

Organize the documents and responses for supervisory or audit inquiries and help track the resolution of findings.

Management support

Provide scheduled check-ins, written issue summaries and advice to the internal compliance lead within the agreed remit.

How the work unfolds.

  1. Review the baseline

Examine the current policies, supervisory position, open findings and internal responsibilities.

  2. Agree the coverage

Set the recurring tasks, contacts, reporting rhythm and escalation process in writing.

  3. Deliver the work

Maintain the agreed reviews and advice, with an accessible record of actions and decisions.

  4. Revisit the scope

Adjust the engagement when volumes, products or the organization change materially.

The start date follows a review of the existing arrangements and any handover. Urgent gaps are separated from the recurring calendar so they receive a specific owner and deadline.

Scope agreed.
Fees made clear.

A recurring fee can be agreed for a defined set of tasks and review frequency. The proposal explains included support, availability and how additional projects are priced. Initial remediation is scoped before it is added to the continuing work.

What shapes the fee

  • Supervisory status and complexity of activities
  • Number of entities and review frequency
  • Internal capacity and volume of support requests

Budgeted separately

Official supervisory and audit fees, software subscriptions, formal officer appointments and major applications are separately identified unless expressly included.
