Outsourced legal department

Get the work of a legal department without building one, or give your existing team the capacity it is missing. We take on the recurring legal work on a retainer agreed in advance, and learn your business with every matter.

Scope & fees

A legal team that knows your book.

Most legal work in a company repeats: the same contract types, the same employment questions, the same requests from the business. Outside counsel bills the tenth matter like the first. We start from your templates, positions and past matters, so the work gets faster and more consistent the longer we work together.

What we work on.

Day-to-day advice

Answer the legal questions that come from management, HR, sales and procurement, in writing and within an agreed turnaround.

Contracts

Draft, review and negotiate the agreements the business signs every week, against your own templates and positions.

Employment

Support HR on contracts, terminations, reorganizations and disputes with employees.

Privacy & compliance

Handle privacy requests, data processing agreements, policies and the recurring compliance questions.

Governance

Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, internal policies and corporate filings.

Reporting

Keep a structured record of every matter, so you can see what was done, what it cost and what is coming.

How the work unfolds.

  1. Map the work

Review what the business asks for, what goes to outside counsel and what stays undone.

  2. Agree the retainer

Set the matter types, volumes, turnaround and fixed monthly fee.

  3. Onboard

Collect your templates, positions and past matters and agree how requests reach us.

  4. Run & review

Deliver the work and review volumes and scope with you at agreed intervals.

Onboarding usually takes a few weeks, depending on how much documentation exists. The first matters can start before onboarding is complete.

Scope agreed.
Fees made clear.

A fixed monthly retainer for the agreed matter types and volumes. We never bill by the hour; work outside the retainer gets its own fixed quote before it starts.

What shapes the fee

  • Matter types and monthly volume
  • Required turnaround
  • Languages and jurisdictions involved

Budgeted separately

Court and official fees, foreign counsel and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
